TOC is proud to announce a joint venture with Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare in Coastal Tides Surgical Center, a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center serving patients in Bay and Walton Counties. The investment comes as Panama City Beach and the surrounding Gulf Coast region continue experiencing rapid residential and healthcare growth, increasing demand for specialized outpatient services.
While Coastal Tides Surgical Center officially opened in January 2025, TOC’s partnership in the surgery center represents a major milestone and reinforces TOC’s long-term commitment to expanding access to high-quality outpatient surgical care across the region. The facility features fully modernized operating suites, all new surgical equipment, and technology platforms designed to support a broad range of orthopedic and specialty outpatient procedures. Since opening, the ASC has focused on providing efficient, patient-centered care while improving convenience, access, and clinical outcomes.
Coastal Tides Surgical Center is a more than 20,000-square foot outpatient facility featuring five operating rooms and surgical services across orthopedics, spine, pain management, ENT, gynecology, and general surgery. Designed to support a seamless outpatient experience, Coastal Tides Surgical Center combines advanced technology, specialized surgical capabilities, and patient-focused care in a comfortable, convenient outpatient setting.
TOC physicians will continue providing comprehensive orthopedic services through Coastal Tides Surgical Center, and TOC’s offices in Panama City and Panama City Beach.
