Sports Medicine
Sports medicine focuses on the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of sports and exercise related injuries, helping individuals of all ages stay active and perform at their best. Common conditions include sprains, strains, ligament tears, fractures, and concussions.
The TOC Sports Medicine team provides comprehensive, patient-centered care for athletes and active individuals—from youth and student athletes to recreational and competitive “weekend warriors.” Our fellowship-trained primary care sports medicine physicians work closely with orthopedic surgeons, athletic trainers, and rehabilitation specialists to support safe recovery and return to activity.
Our physicians also serve as Official Team Physicians for Florida State University, Florida A&M University, Tallahassee Community College, and Chipola College, and provide care for numerous high schools, middle schools, and community sports programs throughout North Florida and South Georgia.
