This case report describes a rare presentation of slipped capital femoral epiphysis (SCFE) in a 31-year-old adult woman with previously undiagnosed panhypopituitarism, highlighting the relationship between endocrine disorders and delayed physeal closure. Management required multidisciplinary care, including hormone replacement therapy followed by surgical correction, although complications eventually necessitated total hip arthroplasty. The report emphasizes the importance of evaluating underlying endocrine abnormalities in adults presenting with SCFE, as early diagnosis and coordinated treatment may improve outcomes.
