This study evaluated the radiographic performance of a novel cementless collared femoral stem (ACTIS®) used in primary total hip arthroplasty, with the primary objective of assessing osseointegration, patterns of bone remodeling, and stem-related complications during the first postoperative year. Among 592 hip arthroplasty procedures, 85.2% demonstrated radiographic evidence of osseointegration at one year, with no stems meeting criteria for loosening and low rates of subsidence (0.8%), intraoperative fracture (0.7%), thigh pain (1.7%), and revision surgery (0.2%). Overall, the findings suggest that this femoral stem design achieves reliable biological fixation and favorable early radiographic outcomes, while maintaining a low complication profile following total hip arthroplasty.
