Orthopedic Technologist
Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent education, at least one (1) year of related experience
- Must be a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant; a Licensed Practical Nurse with a valid Florida license, or eligible; or BOC Certified Athletic Trainer with a valid Florida license, or eligible; or successful completion of an orthopedic technology training program with certification by the National Association of Orthopedic Technologists. Certification within one (1) year of employment will be considered for the right applicant with previous experience.
Orthotic Fitter
Requirements:
- Applicant must be an ABC Certified Fitter (CFo) or BOC Certified Athletic Trainer with a Florida license (or eligible)
- Prior relevant work experience providing services in a medical office setting preferred

Physical Therapy Assistant
TOC is a well renowned orthopedic practice and has been in business for 50 years with subspecialties in trauma, foot and ankle, spine, hand, adult reconstruction, pediatrics, pain management, and sports medicine. The practice is located strategically throughout North Florida and South Georgia with 7 regional offices and two Tallahassee campuses. Ancillary endeavors include on site X-ray, MRI, Physical Therapy, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Urgent Care Centers, and Orthotics and Prosthetics. TOC fields team physicians for Florida State University (FSU), Florida A&M University (FAMU), and Tallahassee Community College (TCC), as well as numerous area high schools.
We currently have full-time opportunities in our Tallahassee, Florida, location. We are recruiting Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) to work under the direct supervision of a physical therapist, to provide patient care and therapy services including assessing, interpreting, planning, and implementing specialized physical therapy treatments in accordance with the plan of care determined by the therapist.
- AA or BS from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) education program required
- Must have valid Florida license (or eligible)
Physician Extender – PA or APRN-Trauma

We have an excellent opportunity in our Tallahassee, FL, location for a Physician Assistant to join our thriving practice to participate in all aspects of the medical care and treatment of orthopedic patients under the direct supervision of orthopedic surgeons. This position works under the direction of an orthopedic surgeon specializing in trauma.
- Completion of Physician Assistant or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Program is required, in addition to Florida licensure (or eligible)

Prosthetic Technician
Requirements:
- Associates degree in Prosthetics/Orthotics technology or a related health sciences field
- Successful completion of the American Board of Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics preferred
- A minimum of 2 years experience in orthotic/prosthetic fabrication a plus
Training and Development Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum of Associates degree with three to five years of healthcare operations training experience required
- Project management, training management, adult learning and process improvement (LEAN) experience preferred
