Physical and Occupational Therapy Manager
The Physical and Occupational Therapy Manager is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the team members to facilitate quality patient care and satisfaction.  The key focus is to maintain excellent levels of customer service and quality of patient care to achieve patent goals that resume their pre-injury activities of daily living.

Requirements:

  • Minimum educational requirement is a post-baccalaureate degree from an accredited education program. The majority of programs offer a Master’s degree (MPT), but a number of programs offer the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
  • Two to three years of clinical experience in an outpatient therapy setting, holding a position in administration or management for at least one year, preferred.  Experience in front desk policy/procedures, billing and collections, documentation and policy setting preferred.
  • Valid Florida license (or eligible)


Clinical Support 

Requirements:

  • Must be a certified or registered MA, LPN, or ATC with current Florida license, or eligible
  • Prior relevant work experience in a medical office, supporting surgeons, physicians, or other allied health professionals preferred

Patient Intake Specialist Float
Requirements:

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent education
  • Must have at least one (1) year of prior work experience in a medical front office or customer service setting

Physical Therapist
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field plus a Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program (DPT)
  • Valid Florida license (or eligible)

We have excellent opportunities for a Physician Assistant or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join our thriving practice to participate in all aspects of the medical care and treatment of orthopedic patients under the direct supervision of an orthopedic surgeon, who specializes in Total Joint Reconstruction.

  • Completion of Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program is required, in addition to Florida licensure (or eligible).
  • Salary commensurate with relevant professional experience, including bonus structure and excellent benefits package.
