Credentialing Specialist
Requirements:
– Must have high school diploma or equivalent education
– Must have at least two (2) years of relevant work experience in a medical office

Director of Clinical Services
Requirements:

  • 5+ years of clinical leadership experience, preferably in orthopedics
  • ASN (RN) required, BSN (RN) preferred
  • ATC with 5+ years of clinical leadership experience may also be considered

Director, Training, and Development
Requirements:

  • Three to five years of healthcare operations training experience
  • Minimum Associates degree preferred
  • Project management, training management, adult learning, and process improvement (LEAN) experience preferred

Medical Education Coordinator
Requirements:

  • A minimum of Associates Degree with 2 years’ experience in an academic and/or healthcare field required.
  • A minimum of 3 years employment experience in the management of education/training programs is preferred.
  • Experience in an academic healthcare setting or university graduate medical education is preferred.
  • Familiarity with (ACGME) Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education requirements.
  • TAGME (Training Administrators of Graduate Medical Education) Certification or working knowledge of certification requirements is beneficial but not required.

Patient Intake Specialist
Requirements:

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year or relevant work experience ina medical front office or customer service setting.

Senior Business Analyst
Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree with a quantitative focus such as: Business, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Informatics, or other relevant subject
  • Four years minimum total work experience, with 2+ years of experience in a similar role

CLINICAL
FULL-TIME

Clinical Support 
Requirements:

  • Must be a certified or registered MA, LPN, or ATC with current Florida license, or eligible
  • Prior relevant work experience in a medical office, supporting surgeons, physicians, or other allied health professionals preferred

DME Fitter/Orthotics and Prosthetics
Requirements:

  • Must be BOC certified with a valid Florida license or eligible for licensure.
  • Prior relevant work experience in a medical office, supporting surgeons, physicians, or other allied health professionals preferred.

Physician Assistant or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner

Tallahassee Orthopedic Clinic has an excellent opportunity for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to participate in all aspects of medical care and the treatment of orthopedic patients. This opportunity is an office-based, non-surgical position treating orthopedic patients in a clinical setting. This position is in our Extended Hours Clinic located in Tallahassee, FL. The working schedule is Monday through Friday, with a potential rotation for Saturday hours. Three to five years of relevant orthopedic experience required.

Requirements:

Completion of Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program is required, in addition to Florida licensure (or eligible).

Radiology Technologist
Requirements:

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent education, successful completion of an accredited radiology program, valid Florida license as a Radiology Technologist, and registration with the American Registry of Radiology Technology (AART)
