Simultaneous Bilateral Quadriceps Tendon Rupture Secondary to Parathyroid Carcinoma: A Case Report (2023)

This report details a unique case where a patient presented to the office with both quadriceps tendons ruptured, and we later found out that there was a parathyroid carcinoma that was the likely cause. This case represents another instance where a patient presented with an orthopedic condition but had an underlying systemic disease.
