Kelby H. Tardi is the Chief Executive Officer of Tallahassee Orthopedic Clinic. She was appointed to this role in 2025 after serving as the organization’s Chief Financial Officer since June 2008.

As CEO, Mrs. Tardi oversees the strategic direction and operations of TOC, ensuring the continued growth and excellence of the organization. Prior to becoming CEO, she led TOC’s financial strategy and operations, including audit, financial reporting, shareholder relations, planning and analysis, tax functions, and overall financial oversight.

Before her tenure as CFO, Mrs. Tardi served as Controller starting in April 2003. She originally joined TOC in 1999.

Prior to joining TOC, Mrs. Tardi was a Senior Accountant at Williams, Cox, Weidner, and Cox CPA’s, now known as CRI – Carr Riggs and Ingram, in Tallahassee.

A native of Tallahassee, Mrs. Tardi graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a Bachelor of Science degree in finance. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
