Dr. Durgin joined TOC in 2018 as a fellowship trained knee and hip joint replacement specialist. He specializes in robotic total knee replacement, robotic partial knee replacement and innovative muscle sparing approaches to total hip replacement, including the anterior approach. He was the first surgeon to utilize the MAKO robotic joint replacement system in the Tallahassee area to offer his patient’s a more precise and customized approach to total and partial knee replacement based on their own 3D anatomy. He has presented poster presentations at national meetings related to robotic joint replacement. He offers this service to his patient’s in both the outpatient surgery center as well as hospital setting. Dr. Durgin further specializes in revision total hip and revision total knee surgery, treatment of complex periprosthetic joint infections and complex primary joint replacement for post traumatic and congenital deformity. He is in practice at our Canopy Clinic in Tallahassee and our Regional Office in Marianna.
